Music / Theatre Artist, Co-producer with 'Music House' Lindy Ferguson has worked with Music House since 1996, co-producing and performing on film music tracks for the ABC documentary series 'Wild Relations' and 'Bunch of Fives'. She also worked on the production of sound tracks for the 1996 Moomba River Spectacular and 1997 'Spirit' Moomba River Parade and CD. In 1998 she worked on the Opening Ceremony for Melbourne Festival of the Arts as assistant music producer and co-produced sound tracks for TV commercials and short films.
Lindy writes and composes original music that has been performed with One Earth Orchestra at Chapel Off Chapel, Melbourne, Bennett's Lane (Melbourne Improvisers Association), Mornington Regional Gallery, Tammworth Music Festival, City of Melbourne Christmas Concert. She also writes, directs and produces Music Theatre for children - commissioned 1996, 97 and 98 by Melbourne Central to produce shows for the 'Shot Tower Stage'.
Lindy has a Bachelor of Education, with further studies in Music Jazz Theory and Performance, Special Education Masters, and performance workshops for voice, movement and theatre, whilst traveling to London in 1980.
Lindy has been co-writing and performing with innovative Movement, Music and Theatre companies since 1981. Music House, One Earth Orchestra, Dance on the Streets, Footfall Theatre, Monkey Based Movement Theatre, Mohair Stockings, The Clammy Sisters. With these groups she has performed as actress, dancer and musician for Melbourne Fringe Festival, Melbourne Comedy Festival, Last Laugh's 'La Joke', Adelaide Arts Festival, Sydney Women's Festival, Budinsky's Theatre, The Church, Anthill Theatre, Chapel Off Chapel, and Spoletto Festival in Melbourne. She had worked extensively as an actress for television in productions such as Stingers, Secret Life of Us, My Brother Jack, Something in the Air, Frontline and Phoenix.
 Lindy's production 'Avalanche' premiered at Chapel off Chapel on the 7th December 2003. ' Avalanche' is a contemporary dance work which uses multi-media techniques to incorporate projection and vocal and electronic music.
' Avalanche 2', stage two of the project was presented as part of the 'Fringe at Dancehouse', 2004 and has been created with dancers Harriet Ritchie, Rikki Mace and Tanya Voges and composer Tom Fitzgerald.
