How do I track my order once it has been placed?
If you are not logged in, log in using the form on the right side of the screen. Once you are logged in, click the link for "View previous orders" that will appear where the login form was.

How long is it going to take to receive my order?
Within 5 minutes of receiving payment for your order (which usually happens instantly if you use a credit card), your order is passed to our warehouse, or our suppliers if we do not have the stock in our warehouse. From there, your order is usually packed and despatched within 24 hours (weekends excluded) and can take up to a week to reach you. Usually though, it will only take a day or two from order until you receive your goods.

Can I contact someone about a product?
Certainly! Please contact us with any queries. Please note that for very specific product requests, we may direct you to speak to the manufacturer of that product directly.
